All items except waterbeds and furniture are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed assuming we currently have adequate stock levels, where we do not have adequate stock levels we will contact you to let you know the anticipated delivery time. We currently have 3 different methods of shipping your goods.

Standard: On small items we use Royal mail first class, generally these items are delivered within 24 - 48 hours of despatch, for larger items (mainly waterbed mattress replacements), we use Parcelforce 48 service, all parcels are delivered within 48 hours of despatch.

2nd Class: Again we use Royal mail, however if your goods are not urgent and you wish to make small savings on postage then we recommend this service. Parcels/packages are generally delivered within 3 business days of despatch from our warehouse.
