Delivery:-
All items except waterbeds are shipped within 24 hours of the order being placed assuming we currently have adequate stock levels, where we do not have adequate stock levels we will contact you to let you know the anticipated delivery time.
On small items we use Royal mail first class, generally these items are delivered within 24 - 48 hours of despatch, for larger items, we use Citylink 24 hour service.
An installation charge of £49.95 is applicable for delivery inside mainland UK on our waterbeds, this can sometimes vary depending on your location, all prices quoted are inclusive of VAT, all beds are delivered and installed in your home by two of our professional installers, who will give you a thorough guide on how to look after your new bed.
Please note all our beds are made to order and delivery may take 2 - 4 weeks, but generally we are able to supply before the quoted times.
Please keep the products purchased in a saleable condition and retain the original packaging in the condition it was provided. All returns costs are to be paid for by you the customer unless we have sent you the wrong item/s. All items must be sent to:

Subject to your statutory rights, products made or altered specifically for you, may not be returned nor will we provide any refund, unless they are defective or have been accidentally damaged by us in the course of delivery.
We will not be liable for any damage or loss resulting from repairs attempted by you or third parties.
